This particular dish is North Indian but practically loved by all. I have innovated the recipe and made it simple to prepare. All ingredients are readily available and I have not used any food color. It’s a vegetable dish, can be eaten with a variety of Indian bread like Roti, Naan, Kulcha, Phulka, or even with regular bread.

I have shared a link of homemade chaat masala,

This particular chaat masala brings out the taste in the vegetable. High in proteins, this vegetable is wholesome and also tasty. The amount of ingredients I used is sufficient to make the vegetable for four or five people at a time.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams Paneer

  • 200 grams Mushroom

  • ½ cup peas

  • 1 cup hung curd

  • ½ cup mawa (reduced milk)

  • 6-7 garlic pods

  • 1” ginger

  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder

  • 2 teaspoon mustard oil

  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

  • 2 tablespoon homemade chaat masala (please refer to the above link)
