You are out of eggs and want to make a substantial breakfast or midday snack? this dish is a fabulous option. Tasty as well as nutritious, with loads of proteins, a very good option to substitute eggs, loved by vegetarians.

This recipe is very easy to make and require fewer ingredients, readily available at home, no special spices added. Tomatoes is the main ingredient, rest all are available in all Indian household kitchen.

One can add extra veggies along with Tomatoes, but the basic recipe remains the same. Fussy children who don’t eat veggies otherwise like this dish a lot.
